Mandalas and Mocktails

Bringing a touch of wellness to the sip and make world join us in a workshop designed to be relaxing and fun meditative yet social.

Starting with a short relaxing guided meditation you will create your very own mandala art while enjoying craft drinks and food. Supporting a locally-owned establishment with the opportunity to make new friends!

All art supplies and materials included. You will be guided through the process no artistic skill necessary.

From April-June we're incorporating Spring-themed prompts into our sessions providing a deeper level of intention and meaning. Check out our limited time offers at www.medipaint.ca/jointheclub - with our 3-pass deal you can attend a Mandalas & Mocktails session once a month over the Spring season experiencing the transformative power of this unique workshop. 

A public social event that is not alcohol-forward:

• Not to alienate those who want to drink (you can order whatever you want!) but to ensure that those who don’t or can’t drink feel welcome and supported.
• To showcase the awesome mocktails these local establishment have created/offer!

For me the mandala represents growth within journey and creating one facilitates peace of mind in that growth. I'm so excited to share this practice with you. See you there ✨?Valerie
