Join me for a creative and relaxing session where you can learn to create your own beautiful Mandalas. No experience needed - just bring your artistic spirit! All materials are included and for you to take them home and keep practicing.
With many years of experince teaching how to paint Mandalas, I have the ability to guide you through the process step by step and by the end of the class you will have painted a Mandala on your own. Materials will be provided, so all you need to do is show up and enjoy the wonderful experience of paint a Mandala.
Mandalas, as an active meditation. Mandalas have being used for centuries in India, Tibet and many more cultures around the world for self-discovery, harmonize sacred places and guidence. Now, in the west, the science is reveling that Mandalas can release stress, anxiety, depression and also relief cronic pain and heal past traumas. Why not to give them a try?
