This guided workshop introduces mandala painting as a structured, meditative art practice. You will learn the basics of mandala design and create your own painted mandala using layered color, symmetry, and intentional pattern.No painting experience is required. Beginners and experienced painters are both welcome.
What is included
All materials are provided:
• Easels
• Square, dark painted canvas
• Acrylic paints
• Brushes
• Palettes and water cups
• Paper towels
• Circular stencils and shape tools
• Protractors and rulers
• Handouts covering numerology, shapes, symbols, and a brief history of mandalas
What to expect
We will begin with a short introduction to mandalas, followed by a guided inner meditation to help you find your center and set an intention for your piece. From there, you will be guided step by step through a process of building outward in balanced, radial layers using shape, color, and repetition.
The focus is on process, not perfection. You will leave with a finished mandala and a clearer understanding of the structure behind this art form.
