❊ We will begin this Workshop with a smoke sesh with Ganja/ Herbs with the community (optional) ❊

❊ We will then flow into breath work and meditation to ground us and bring us into our 4 bodies( Emotional, Mental, Physical, Spiritual) Integrating into the sound journey as you connect deeper with these vibrations /frequencies, that will consciously create Harmony and Unity with your soul-self and the Mandala, that is the reflection of your Whole-Self. ❊

❊ In this Workshop you will Re-member/ Learn about the Origin of Mandalas, it’s Healing Modalities and how to create/manifest them on a Canvas with acrylic paint by my beautiful seastar Valery @cosmic.sun.alchemy ❤️‍? ❊
