Get ready for a mindful and relaxing experience! There will be MANDALA DOT ART MAKING and SWEET TREATS WITH TEA! Choose from various wood and other items. The repetition of patterns and choice of colors provides a pathway to process emotions, boost self-esteem, gives a sense of accomplishment, as well as allows exploration and self-expression. Plus it’s so much FUN!
AND … bits of Chaffee family and art center history will be shared during the class.
