Mandala Monday

Mandala Mondays are dedicated to providing a safe healing space for all. There are no judgements here, all people are welcome to participate in this wonderful community healing circle.
Healing Circles allow people to share in healing, benefiting from the collective energy of the group, while supporting each individual to grow and strengthen themselves.
We will offer meditation, circle time for sharing, closing with a group Reiki experience
Please feel free to bring your own pillow, blanket, or mat; as well as a beverage or snack.
