Welcome to Mandala Meditation, where art becomes a gateway to self-discovery and tranquility. In this class, we explore the beauty and symbolism of mandalas while tapping into our innate creativity.

Designed for individuals of all levels and ages over 12, this session offers a haven for those seeking relaxation, personal connection and fun. Perhaps you've struggled with traditional meditation techniques – no worries! As you immerse yourself in the rhythmic motion of dotting and drawing, you'll find that your mind naturally begins to quieten, paving the way for a deeper sense of calm.

Beth Goulet will provide gentle guidance to kickstart your mandala journey. But here's the magic: while I offer direction, the true essence of this class lies in embracing your unique artistic expression. You have the opportunity to choose the colors you want to work with and veer off to create your own unique designs. It's a chance to let go of expectations and tune into the whispers of your inner self.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy is crafted with flexibility and fairness in mind, acknowledging the unpredictability of life's twists and turns. Please take a moment to review our cancellation guidelines.

· 100% refund will be given for cancellations within seven or more days’ notice prior to the start date of the class.

· A 100% credit for a future class will be given for cancellations 2-6 days prior to the class, but no refunds. The credit must be used with 6 months of the original class date. No shows and cancellations of a class booked with the credit will forfeit the credit.

· Notification of cancellation must be written (FB messenger, text or email or Eventbrite if applicable).

· Those cancelling within 24 hours, or who fail to show up for a class forfeit their tuition fee.

· The right is reserved to cancel classes that do not meet the minimum capacity. Notification will be given at least 48 hours prior to the event and a full refund will be issued.
