Mandala Meditation at the Booch Haus Plant & Gift Lounge

Join Laura Mae of Harmonic Healing for a relaxing and creative Mandala Meditation experience at Booch Haus in downtown Mesa. This unique class blends art, sound, and mindfulness — no experience necessary!

Each participant will enjoy a guided 5-minute crystal sound bowl meditation to help center energy and set intention before creating. You’ll then have time to explore your artistic flow while immersed in a soothing live sound bath.

Choose your own experience:
🎨 Color a provided mandala design
🌀 Create your own from scratch — freehand or with tools
✨ Infuse your art with intention and energy

All art materials are included (you’re welcome to bring your own favorites too). Each ticket includes a pour of kombucha from Booch Haus to enjoy during the session.
