(60 min) Ecstatic Dance, Rachelle will be leading an experience that invites you to move freely and expressively, syncing your body with the pulsating beat of the music. Release inhibitions, tap into your primal energy, and let the music guide you on a journey of self-expression and liberation.

(30 min) Inner Child Meditation by Brenda and Sound Healing by Ellie, where you will dive deep into the essence of your being and remember the pure joy and innocence of your inner child.
