Join Barbara Hadley and Beth Riley for a soul-nourishing creative experience at Unity Arts Ministry, where mandala art and breathwork come together in a harmonious flow. In this workshop, we will: • Open with a Circle - Grounding in community, setting intentions, and preparing for creative expression.
• Slow-Flow Breathwork (Earth & Ether) – A gentle, rhythmic breath practice (in 4, out 4; in 4, out 8) to relax the body, quiet the mind, and open the creative channels.
• Mandala Art Experience - Guided by intuition and inspiration, you'll create your own mandala, a sacred symbol of wholeness and self-expression. This session is art-centered, breathwork-supported, meaning breathwork will serve as a tool to enhance relaxation and presence, allowing creativity to flow effortlessly onto the page. Whether you're an experienced artist or just beginning your creative journey, this class offers a space for exploration, mindfulness, and artistic expansion.
