In this Mandala Drawing Workshop, you’ll learn an ancient form of mindfulness through a simple, beautiful creative process. Even if you’ve never “been artistic,” you’ll be guided step-by-step through the foundational method of creating a mandala—so you leave with a clear process you can repeat anytime.
Mandalas can be a relaxing time well spent, a way to spark your creativity in a new direction, or a meditative practice you return to again and again. As you build patterns from the center outward, the mind naturally settles, focus sharpens, and something inside you exhales. For some, it’s calm and clarity. For others, it becomes a portal—creative expression that gently opens the door to insight and transformation.
Once you learn the basics, you’ll be able to continue drawing mandalas at home as a grounding ritual for stress relief, self-connection, and mindful presence.
