Starting Monday, March 17 2025 we meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6pm to 7 pm for a casual, walk at your own pace workout with like minded neighbors looking to pursue a healthier lifestyle!
While children must be accompanied by an adult, this is an all ages, all levels self paced walk around the track at the Manchester High School athletic complex.
It’s a fun, free way to help yourself make new friends in a safe, no pressure atmosphere designed for everyone.
