Manchester Prize Finalist Announcement Event

The Manchester Prize, an initiative of the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, awards £1 million every year to a team of innovators with the most impactful and cutting-edge AI solution for public good. 

At this event hosted in Manchester, we are proud to announce the finalists for the opening round of the competition, focusing on solutions in energy, environment and infrastructure. The selected teams will be awarded £100K in seed-funding to develop their solutions for the chance to win the £1 million grand prize.

The evening will feature a keynote from Viscount Camrose, Minister for AI and Intellectual Property, and bring together leading figures in the fields of AI, energy, environment and infrastructure for an expert panellist discussion. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear pitches directly from the selected teams and learn about their highly innovative AI solutions.
