Join Sainaa from the London School of Handbalance — one of the UK’s top handstand coaches — and Natalie Fisher from The Handstand Movement for a transformative two-day handstand intensive!
Whether you're just starting out or pushing into more advanced shapes, this weekend will give you the drills, tools, and expert feedback you need to make real progress.

🔹 Workshop Overview:
This intensive is all about building and refining your two-arm handstand — with expert coaching, hands-on support, and LOTS of practice time.
Over two powerful days, you’ll:
✔️ Improve your handstand alignment, strength, and balance
✔️ Learn drills and progressions tailored to your level
✔️ Practice safe exits, partner spotting, and mobility drills
✔️ Troubleshoot common challenges (balance loss, wrist pain, fear of falling)
✔️ Receive personalized feedback to help you smash through plateaus
🔹 Who It's For:
✅ Beginners – Able to kick up to a wall and hold 10–30 seconds
✅ Intermediate – Able to kick up and hold away from the wall + hold a solid chest-to-wall handstand
🕘 How the Weekend is Structured:
➡️ Each day is split by level — Beginners train in the morning, Intermediates train in the afternoon.
You can attend one day or both days depending on how much training you want!

Beginners: ⏰ 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Intermediate: ⏰ 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
🗓️ Day 2: Sunday 3rd May 2026
Beginners: ⏰ 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Intermediate: ⏰ 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
✔️ Each session builds on the previous one — so doing both days will give you even more practice, feedback, and progress!
