Sandi is a coach for creative leadership, known for her values-driven, collaborative approach to guiding leaders and entrepreneurs. With an ILM Level 7 Coaching for Executive and Senior Leaders qualification, she brings a wealth of experience and insight into how creativity and authenticity can transform the way we work.

Sandi will share ideas on leading with purpose, staying true to your values, and building confidence as a small business owner – themes that resonate deeply with anyone running their own venture.

Mel is the founder of See You There Studios and an International Emmy-nominated producer with more than 20 years’ experience at the BBC, working on much-loved programmes including Blue Peter and Newsround. She’ll be sharing insights on creativity, storytelling and the leap from a long-standing career in broadcasting to launching a values-led independent studio.
