Manawa Mini Festival – A Night of Movement, Music & Community
Saturday 25th Oct | 6-11pm | Tāmaki Makaurau
Join us for an evening of soulful connection, movement, and nourishment as we come together for Manawa’s next Mini Festival— a celebration of wellness, embodiment, and community in the heart of Tāmaki.
We’re building more than just events — we’re growing a community rooted in embodiment, living from the heart, self expression and compassion. This is a space to reconnect with yourself and others, and to explore what it truly means to live from the heart.
Our evening journey will include:
Yoga + Breathwork
A gentle practice to arrive fully in your body and prepare the ground for movement.
Ecstatic Dance (2-hour DJ set)
Let go and move freely in a safe, judgment-free space guided by deep, earthy beats and uplifting soundscapes.
Sound Healing
A soothing integration experience to rest, reflect, and settle the energy stirred through the dance.
Chai & Kai
Enjoy warming chai and nourishing kai in community — time to connect, share, and be held in warmth.
Live Music
We close with heart-opening live music to sing along, unwind, and celebrate the richness of being together.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or brand new to the space, you're welcome here.
This is for anyone seeking deeper connection — to self, to others through movement and meaningful conversations.

BLASE is an Auckland (NZ) based DJ & producer known for his diverse, multi-genre music journeys where dancers are guided on a curious and empowering experience out of the mind and into the body.
Blase is an alchemist of frequency and his love for dance and embodiment translates through his music, complimenting the entire journey with highs and lows, making sure every movement possibility is explored.
You can expect a smooth dance wave with Ecstatic highs to deep bassy lows and everything in between.
Blase pays particular attention to the subtle energies of dance and is always sure to land the dance floor and its nervous system safely back to the Earth before closing.

LUNAR has performed across NZ, playing support for some of the worlds most well known Drum and Bass Artists and MCs. LUNAR has performed supporting sets for Mr Traumatik (UK), ShockOne (AUS), KAZ (UK), Murdock (UK), Devilman (UK), Soul Motion (UK) and Kove (UK).
LUNAR is a regular to NZ's Night Club festival scene, and now stepping into the world of Festival Dance ~ holding space for the souls to release and feel each movement in alignent. LUNAR has had the privilege of performing at festivals such as: Dimension Festival, Elektro Hillz, Friends from Around The World, Otherlanz, Spectrum and Resolution Festival and NS Spirit Fest.
