She has more than 15 years’ leadership and management experience in the public, private and third sectors. Previously, Zahra was a senior policy advisor for the Scottish Government and Vice Chair of Social Enterprise Scotland.”

Guest: Neil Stevenson, CEO, Scottish Legal Complaints Commission.Neil Stevenson is a non-executive director working in the field of law and regulation. Neil’s passion is to deliver results through the creation of a shared mission, energy, and enthusiasm in teams, and to use risk confident and agile working approaches. He chairs Changing the Chemistry, a charity which encourages diverse candidates to take non-executive leadership roles.

Guest: Adam Tuckwell, Managing Director at Mobas. Adam has decades of experience leading teams and organisations across education, entertainment and marketing consultancy sectors. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of PR, Adam is an advocate of advancing professional development through both formal and informal networks and memberships. Adam is also a podcast host and regular speaker on the topic of failure, experimentation and talent development.
