About this Event
Managing Leadership Biases
One of the most important aspects of leading teams fairly is your ability to recognise and interrupt unconscious biases early and effectively. This is worth investing your time in because bias acts swiftly, is often invisible and can replace your better judgement while seeming fair on the surface. In fact, biases can override your chosen leadership values and skew leadership decisions. Leaving biases unmanaged derails teams and limits your leadership options. Instead, teams respond to leaders who intentionally provide inclusive, respectful and fair leadership. Join in for this interactive workshop to make this tough topic manageable in a safe learning environment. Here, you will learn to use bias mitigation strategies, so you can consciously choose an inclusive approach. This workshop can help you acknowledges biases and minimise their impact. So, you can become a more values driven, fair and inclusive leader at work.
