About this Event
Most managers are promoted because they perform well — not because they have been prepared to lead people.
The Manager Development Lab (MDL) is designed for new and emerging managers stepping into leadership roles who want to lead well, not just hold the title. Over four half-days or two full days, you will build the skills most new managers are never formally taught: navigating conflict with confidence, leading difficult conversations with clarity, managing budgets, and developing the durable skills that build trust, accountability, and team performance. Walk away with practical tools you can apply immediately and the confidence to lead effectively from day one.
