Developing confident and capable managers is a priority for many employers. That’s why Axia Solutions, in partnership with the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Institute of Technology, is offering a fully funded one-day workshop to support new and aspiring managers.
Management Essentials: An Introduction will explore some of the core skills needed to manage people effectively, including communication, managing conflict and approaching challenging conversations with confidence.
Practical and interactive, the workshop will give participants techniques and approaches they can begin applying in the workplace straight away.
