Management By Strengths (MBS) is a program that combines an online assessment and a 4-hour training course to help organizations increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction and increase employee morale.

Each attendee takes an online assessment prior to attending the symposium. This non-threatening tool takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and the best thing is, there are no right or wrong answers and there is no "best" MBS Profile Report. Everyone will learn the communication style and strengths of themselves and others.
