MAN UP Mornings is a free, weekly walk hosted by Black & Raww CIC for Black men aged 18 to 30 in Coventry. Every Saturday morning we meet at the War Memorial Park bandstand at 9:30 am, walk through the park and out to Earlsdon, and finish with coffee at Shortlands. About an hour in total.
No agenda. No sign-up form. No pressure. Just movement, fresh air, and real conversation with people who get it. Free to attend — just show up.
