MAN CAVE - JOURNEY WORK - at PORT SALT CAVE, INSPIRATION WHARF

Men are different. We have different ways of expressing ourselves. In this men's circle, we learn how to say what we mean without being mean. We learn how to self-regulate and manage stress, using breathwork, changing mindsets, body awareness, self-care. Just as the kings, warriors, wizards and lovers did, we transform the world around us.
