Join us for a fantastic hands-on outdoor session where we take a closer look at our local mammals and how they interact with their environment. Hosted by tracker, nature educator and author David Wege.
Ever walked through nature and wondered who’s been there before you? Join the Lincoln Imps Mammal Group for a guided Mammal Tracks and Signs session with tracker David Wege and discover how to spot the subtle clues that wild mammals leave behind.
What You’ll Discover:
- How to identify common mammal signs in the wild
- Tips for recognising the presence of different UK mammals
- A relaxed and engaging guided walk around the University of Lincolns Riseholme campus
What to Bring: Comfortable footwear, weather-appropriate outdoor clothing, lunch & drink and most importantly your curiosity!
Whether you’re new to tracking or just love wildlife, this evening walk will give you the skills to spot mammal activity in your local area – even when the animals stay hidden.
Please note: Dog's not allowed at event unless Guide Dog's. Children under 18 to be supervised by a responsible adult.
