ABOUT EDDIE HENRIQUE
Eddie Henrique is a Brazilian-Canadian professional dancer and percussionist/drummer. He recently returned home to Toronto after residing in Europe for a few years.
With over 24 years of experience, Eddie has been teaching and dancing across various styles, including Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Bolero, Samba de Gafieira, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Jazz.
In the Latin dance scene, he has trained extensively with renowned figures such as Eddie Torres, Franklin Diaz, Maykel Fonts, Damaris Hechevarria, and many others, shaping his dance style into a sophisticated fusion. His versatility has led him to win numerous dance competitions, including the recent "Salsanama" by Fernando Sosa.
Eddie is renowned for his passion, energy, and exceptional musicality, effortlessly expressing the rhythm through his body. He specializes in fusion styles, blending Salsa On2 NYC with Cuban techniques.
In recent years, his signature On2 Lab class format, known for its ability to please crowds, has gained popularity across 25+ countries.
