Mamasita Margarita Masterclass

Ever wanted to master the art of the perfect Margarita?

Then come join us on January 29th for a Margarita frenzy!

From 12 pm, we will be holding a Mamasita Margarita Masterclass in conjunction with Agave Lux.

On the day you’ll learn about Mexican distillates, what makes the best margarita, and what to buy when wanting to impress your friends or simply ensure you’re drinking the best margarita!

We will make 4 margaritas on the day (yes you get to drink them). We will also go through some different types of salt rims you can use and teach you how to make them. Margaritas will be made by you, so expect things to get a little messy.

What will you walk away with? New-found knowledge about the wonderful world of agave spirits, cocktail tool kit (Boston shaker, strainer, jigger), 100ml bottle of Agave Spirit, recipe booklet, and a smile from ear to ear.

The class will be taught by legendary Howard Baynie from Agave Lux along with Mamasita Maestro Mezcalier, Luis Herrera. Howie is the Head Agave Nerd at Agave Lux, very knowledgeable about all things agave. Luis was born and bred in Mexico City and has been the Mamasita Head Mezcalier and Venue Manager for 5 years.
