This event aims to create a safe communal space for mothers to see and be seen, providing a vibrant and empowering experience that celebrates the depth and diversity of motherhood.

• Danza del Alma (Dance of the Soul): Participants will engage in a somatic dance to release energy that no longer serves them, promoting inner freedom and connection with their true selves.
• Soothing Sound Bath: The gathering will conclude with a relaxing sound bath, fostering relaxation and integration through healing vibrations.
