Mamas on the Go! Invites pregnant and postpartum moms out for a communal hike at some of our beautiful neighborhood parks.
No walking partner? No problem. Come out and meet some new faces and enjoy a gentle walk workout for your health.
We'll be meeting up at Winton Woods for the Harbor Loop trail. Meeting location is in front the boathouse, by the harbor. Walking will begin at 10:15a
Wear comfy shoes, bring a water bottle.
