Come learn how to cut, style, and design uncured deli meats, cheese (2), and fruit with Katherine’s Cocina. Katherine will demonstrate how to cut a kiwi into the perfect flower and the importance of board placement. Then, followed by a DIY Wood Tray experience using our tools and techniques and in-house collection of
paints and non-toxic stains; all while guided by our instructors.
