Calling all moms! Start your Sunday off right with a refreshing morning of movement, connection, and relaxation. Join us for Mamas, Mobility, and Mimosas, a special event designed to help moms of all stages come together, stretch, and unwind. PS- This is FREE! We’ll kick off the morning with a gentle, guided mobility session led by Rehab Chiropractor Dr. Arnkea and pre/Postnatal fitness coach Barbi Hamilton. The session will focus on simple stretches and movements to help improve flexibility, reduce tension, and energize your body. Whether you’re a new mom, a seasoned parent, or anywhere between, this session is tailored to all levels and abilities.
After we move, stick around for a chat with Chelsea, the Mama Coach, and a well-deserved treat—mimosas (and non-alcoholic options). Light snacks will be provided to enjoy much-needed relaxation and social time. Connect with other moms, share experiences, and take a moment to recharge.
This is a mama-only time, so leave the kiddos home with the family and sneak out before they wake up.
