Een jonge actrice wordt moeder. Ze voelt zich zo goed dat slapen niet meer hoeft. Bovendien blijkt ze opeens meertalig en in staat tot het bespelen van diverse muziekinstrumenten. Die jonge vrouw kan de hele wereld aan. Twee weken later wordt ze opgenomen op de afdeling psychiatrie, met lekkende borsten en zonder baby. Kraambedpsychose is de diagnose.
