• Ideal as the first step in your return to exercise after having your baby
• Support your postnatal recovery with pilates based exercises and stretches designed to rehab your tummy muscles and pelvic floor
• Option to hold baby throughout or have them beside you on a mat or in their pram/car seat during classes
• Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (8-10 weeks post C-section)
• Start where you are and progress at your own pace with different intensity options
• Best suited to Mums with little ones up to 12mths old, however toddlers and children of all ages and stages are welcome
