This year, Mamacitas Day comes to the heart of Stockholm as a unique and intimate wellness experience designed just for you.
More than a Zumba class, this is a space where movement, self-care, and connection come together to help you recharge your body, mind, and soul.
We gather as a community of women who choose to move with joy, support each other, and celebrate who we are — exactly as we are.
What to expect
Wellness Talk with Rowena Lee (15 min)
Rowena has prioritized her health in a truly inspiring way — combining strength training, dance, yoga, and life as a mom of two teenagers, while also working across two companies.
Her balance, consistency, and commitment are something that deeply resonate with the women in our community. This will be a real, honest, and inspiring conversation — from one woman to another
Zumba Class with Pati Alvarado (45 min)
An energizing and empowering dance session to release stress, boost your confidence, and feel strong, vibrant, and alive.
Face Mapping with Tania Ginard (20 min)
With over 11 years of experience in wellness, Tania — founder of Innsaeiland — will guide you through understanding where you hold tension in your face and how it connects to your body and emotions.
