Mama Well Support Group is BACK and better than ever! FREE SUPPORT GROUP!
We have partnered with First Steps Chiropractic to offer the only support group in Bowling Green ran by professionals (lactation consultant/infant feeding specialist and prenatal/pediatric chiropractor).
Who? Everyone is welcome! Come as you are. Pregnant, newly postpartum, breastfeeding, pumping and bottle feeding, formula feeding, using donor milk, tube fed- as long as you feed your kiddo, you are welcome to come! Have older children? Please still come and hangout and share your wisdom!
What to expect? We will have refreshments, socialize, and answer questions. You can expect a loving and nonjudgmental support community, friendship, and socialization. You will also gain encouragement and confidence. As professionals, we also will offer you a space to ask questions and get evidenced based answers.
We request that you register so we can prepare seating, refreshments, and any activities appropriately.
