Dr. Eyerly is a board-certified pediatrician who trained at the University of Florida and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After years of caring for families throughout Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville Beach — and as a mom of three herself — she understands both the medical and real-life sides of navigating your child’s health.
