Join us for a gentle, grounding movement + stretching session led by Sarah, followed by a short and sweet hike- pregnancy and postpartum-friendly.
Whether you're currently pregnant or navigating new motherhood, this space is for you. You don’t need to be “fit” or an experienced hiker, come as you are. Siblings and partners welcome!
