Come to McKinley Park for Strides 360 class on Thursday, December 12th for a great workout. After class, take a quick cool-down walk to Tiferet Coffee and enjoy a nice beverage and a conversation with Mom. After we grab some coffee we can head for a quick shopping stroller to "The Kitchen Table" for some holiday goodies.
Coffee with friends is virtually calorie-free, so...#momwin.??
