Mama _ Baby Playtime

Come meet your local mamas + let your babies play!!

Older kiddos are more than welcome. We have a play area for big kids, but I do recommend bringing one toy for them as ours may not keep them occupied for the entire time.

We will be chatting about different topics related to birth and motherhood. The pathways magazine is a quarterly publication created by the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association that our office subscribes to. This month we will be talking about the power of breath, in birth and in life, what false labor is, the difference between a home birth, birth center birth, and hospital birth, as well as the freedom of keeping an open mind in birthing and motherhood. This is a safe space to share your stories and find community with new motherhood. We welcome mama's to be, mama's in waiting, and those with kiddos!

As the weather gets cooler, we will try to move this to our space outdoors.
