About this Event
Our Supper Series returns to Mallard! Join us on March 5th for an exclusive communal dining experience featuring four dishes from Chef Hamilton Johnson that highlight Pennsylvania lamb!
Guests will begin with a welcome cocktail and light snacks at the bar, then will move to the private dining area for a communal four-course, family-style dinner with optional curated wine pairings.

THE MENU
First Course
Crisp Lamb Belly | charred local asparagus, coddled egg, chive emulsion, castelvatrano olive, anise hyssop
Second Course
Braised Lamb Shoulder in Crepinette | english pea puree, pickled heirloom carrot, pea tendril-mint salad, warm lamb tongue-black truffle vinaigrette
Third Course
Herb-crusted Lamb Loin | lamb rillette stuffed morels, roasted sunchokes, charred spring onions, lamb fat caramel
Fourth Course
Apricot Sundae | vanilla braised apricots, pistachio ice cream, white chocolate blondie, whipped buttermilk, lamb crackling
Due to the communal nature of this dinner, we will not be able to make large changes to the menu to accomodate allergies. Small changes will be approved by Chef on a case by case basis. 20% of the ticket price will go directly to our service team as a gratuity.
