This year, the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Nevada (FACCGN) invites you to its Second Parol Contest Awarding Ceremony on December 18, 2022, Sunday, at 5:30 pm at the 63FIFTY FilAm Central.Please do not miss this stellar event! Literally, the Night of Stars!
•Witness the delightful array of artistically crafted Parols (Christmas Star Lanterns) from recycled materials as they vie for the top prize. Get a chance to vote for the winning entry. Be in it and get on Social as you vote for your entry.
•Listen to the Christmas musical performances from our members' pool of talents
•Delight in the Children's Book Reading Session "Bakey Wakey Little Baby" by our very own Marylaine Louise Viernes to be performed by the author herself, and the eminent Dr. Rozita Lee to the children of our community.
•Capping the holiday event will be the Announcement and Awarding of the Winners for this year's Maligayang Parol Contest by the illustrious Panel of Judges and the Installation of New Members to be administered by the FACCGN President Joel Enriquez.
Join us for food, fun, lots of prizes and surprises. Invited vendors from our tight-knit Filipino-American businesses will be on hand to sell products or service, or just to let you know they're in business.
The Parol Gallery of Christmas Stars will be on display for every one to see and enjoy. Take those photos, post on Social and be among the star gazers. Be a StarMaker. Vote for a star! Or be the Parol Superstar!
