About the artist:
Malena Smith is a singer, songwriter, and storyteller born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She has performed on many stages locally, across the United States, and internationally in Japan.
Malena’s most notable collaborations have included performances with Brian Owens, Michael Bublé, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, the Adam Maness Trio, and Clark Beckham (American Idol).
Malena is currently an Artist-In-Residence with St. Louis enterprise, LIFE Creative STL. In December 2021, Malena made her acting debut starring in the short film, "An Intimate Christmas," which aired on PBS Nine Network in St. Louis and surrounding areas.
Malena recently began using her platform to openly share her sober lifestyle, as she made the decision to cut alcohol out in July 2021.
Malena's debut single, "Betray Myself" centers around her past unhealthy relationship with alcohol among other struggles.
