Malcolm writes songs that are from the heart and to the heart. Blues, Folk, Funk and Soul are his main influences, which include John Lee Hooker, Bob Dylan, James Brown and Marvin Gaye. His songs are expressed in a variety of style but are united by a strong biographical quality.For this event Malcolm will be joined by his friends and talented local musicians; Phil Stevenson, Richard Gibbons, Billy Chapple, Nigel Bispham, Nick Harpley, Rob Boughton, Polly Henderson, Kate Barden and Megan Leone Hall. They will be performing all the songs from the new album plus a selection of old favourites.
All songs on the album were written by Malcolm but massive gratitude and credit must go to Mr Rob Boughton who produced and engineered it. Also gratitude and credit to my friends who performed on it and will be performing on the night.
