Mala Workshop

In this workshop you will learn how to design a mala to support your intentions, how to tie your mala in the traditional method, how to energetically cleanse your mala and how to use it as a tool as we begin this new season of mindfulness.

We will provide all the materials, just bring yourself and your intention. Your intention could be something very specific such as, “I intend to be more conscious of the energy I bring to my work.” or it could be more general, such as, “I intend to be more open.”

Your guide for this workshop is Karissa Devore. Karissa is a yoga teacher who first discovered mala beads as a mindfulness tool during her meditation studies almost 10 years ago. She learned to make them herself while going through her yoga teacher training and has been a knot-tying devotee ever since!
