So, come join us for a very fun afternoon in which we will learn all about:
1. The origin & history of prayer beads;
2. The structure & symbolism of the Mala;
3. The symbolism of the most traditional beads used to make a mala;
4. How to use a mala for meditation.
The best part is EVERYONE will get to tap into their creative energy, and express their true selves by constructing their OWN CUSTOM MALA.
You will be able to choose from a selection of many different sacred & specialty beads & gemstones from around the world which will give your mala its own personal meaning & unique style. And if you have a special/scared pendant or charm please bring it with you as it might just become part of your mala.
You may be surprised how your meditations will deepen when you begin to use your own custom mala for your spiritual practice.
