Join Valerie for a mindful experience learning about and creating a mala.You’ll explore the history and significance of the mala, take time to set a personal intention, then create your own, unique 108 bead mala – infusing your personal energy and intention into each knot. Once our malas are complete, we’ll collectively move through a meditation using our mala to guide us.
Valerie has mindfully created a selection of mala sets, which include gemstones and natural beads. Once you have chosen your bead set, you’ll select your chord, tassel, and guru bead, as well as optional spacers and charms.
All of the supplies will be provided. Bring your favorite mug for herbal tea and a journal.
