About the Workshop
Discover the sacred art of crafting your own custom 108-bead mala. Malas are beautiful, time-honored tools used to deepen meditation and enrich mindfulness practices. When you create your own mala, you pour your unique intention into every single knot, imprinting the piece with your personal energetic signature.
Led by Reiki Master-Teacher and holistic guide Adrienne Smith, this two-day immersive workshop offers a safe, sacred space to design a meaningful spiritual tool while connecting with an intimate community.
What We Will Cover
• Energetic Curation: Learn how to select and arrange gemstone beads based on their specific metaphysical properties and your personal intentions.
• The Art of the Knot: Master the traditional knotting and stringing techniques, a meditative practice in itself that you can apply to future jewelry projects.
• Sacred History & Practice: Explore the rich history of malas and learn practical, empowering ways to integrate them into your daily mindfulness and mantra routines.
All Materials Included
You will be provided with everything needed to create a completed, intention infused mala:
• A curated selection of genuine gemstone beads
• A focal Guru bead
• Premium mala cord and a specialized threading needle
• On-site use of professional design tools, including bead sorting boards
