Mala Bead Workshop with Sound Experience
About this Event
Here's what we're doing:
Julie Habelmann of Noble Tones is bringing together two of the most grounding, restorative experiences you can have in a single morning — and the combination is kind of perfect.
First: You'll make your own Mala Bead necklace.
A mala is a string of 108 beads traditionally used for meditation, intention-setting, and prayer. But honestly? You don't need to know any of that to feel what happens when you sit down and make one with your own hands.
Julie will guide you through the entire process — bead by bead — while you set an intention that means something to you. Something you want to carry with you. Something you want to call in.
There's something quietly powerful about slowing down enough to create something by hand. Your mind settles. Your breath deepens. The noise of your week starts to fall away.
You'll leave with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece that you made yourself — and every time you wear it or hold it, you'll remember the intention behind it.
Then: Julie guides you into a Sound Bath. 🎶
Just when your hands have created something and your nervous system has started to soften... you get to lie down and go even deeper.
Julie's crystal alchemy bowls and healing instruments will guide you through a fully immersive sound meditation. The vibrations move through your body at a frequency that bypasses the thinking mind completely — releasing tension you've probably stopped even noticing you were carrying, and settling you into a stillness that's hard to find in everyday life.
It's the perfect close to the morning. Your hands made something. Now your whole body gets to rest.
This is for you if:
- You've been craving something that's just for you — not productive, not useful for anyone else, just genuinely yours
- You love the idea of slowing down but you rarely actually do it
- You want to set an intention for this season of your life but you're not sure how
- You're drawn to things that are beautiful, meaningful, and made with care
- You know you need more moments of stillness but you can't seem to create them on your own
