Good news! We've pulled in a last minute pop-up booking for next Sunday (22nd Sept). ?@maldelpuerco_tacos will be joining us for Tacos & Cervezas 12-5pm.??
Hot off the back of a very successful residency at @firstdraftkitchen (where we ate and were blown away earlier this year) and a summer season working with pals @mocokitchencatering & @oishiistreetkitchen Oli Cabutto will be bringing his diligently researched, authentic Mexican cuisine to Redwell Brewery, adapted to work alongside a pint in a casual setting.
PARTICULARLY EXCITED FOR THOSE MESSY BIRRIA TACOS (beef or oyster mushroom tacos fried and served with a pot of tastyyyyy juices for dipping)!???
It'll be an excellent opportunity to smash a few Lagerita beer cocktails too...?
I think this is gonna be a sneaky last-minute big hitter so I'd recommend booking...now!
