Join the Mako Athletics coaching staff for an afternoon filled with Wrestling drills and instruction.

What to Bring: Tennis Shoes, Wrestling shoes (if you have them) and Water Bottle

Each Camper will receive a free Mako Athletics Youth Camp t-shirt. Campers can wear this T- Shirt to gain free admission to ALL Mako Athletic home regular season events!

City of Orange Beach PERMANENT WAIVER OF LIABILITY - RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

As an inducement to the City of Orange Beach to allow the participant identified below to participate in the recreational program(s) indicated below, the undersigned hereby acknowledges that the City of Orange Beach and its officers, agents, and employees will have no responsibility or liability of any kind for injury, property, damage, or death to the Participant in the program(s) indicated above. The Participant represents and agrees that:

He or she has investigated to his or her satisfaction the physical requirements, demands of the indicated program, and is freely assuming all risks associated with participation in such program.

He or she has made an appropriate investigation regarding the Participant current physical condition and has no physical defect, disease, or disability that would make participation in the indicated program(s) hazardous to the Participant or to other participants:

He or she will immediately withdraw from participation in the indicated program(s) upon discovery of any physical defects, a disability that would make participation in any or all indicated program(s) hazardous to the undersigned or to other participants.

The Participant, on his or her behalf and on behalf of his or her executors, administrators, heirs and successors, hereby releases and agrees to hold the City of Orange Beach and its officers, employees, servants, and agents harmless from any person or party arising directly or indirectly from the injury or death of the Participant while participating in, or being transported to or from the indicated program(s).

CHILD PHOTO RELEASE

I hereby give permission for the City of Orange Beach to use the name of my child and/or his/her photographic, video, or a digital image for promotional, news, or public relations purposes in any manner and medium, including print and electronic mediums as follows.

By Registering electronically you agree to the above waiver for participation to all Mako Athletics Youth Camps.
