Making Waves - The Science of Music & Sound(A field trip/workshop for Homeschool & Unschoolers)
What is sound? How do our ears and brains hear music? How do different types of instruments produce different sounds? These and other questions are answered when music meets science in this fun, interactive program complete with hands-on experiments. (Grade K-8)
Student capacity: 60

Field trip details:
Student to adult ratio: We ask that 1 supervising adult (teacher, parent, volunteer, etc.) be present for every 6 students in attendance. Some flexibility may be negotiated for off-site field trips.
Lunch: Up to 36 students may stay and eat lunch at Ethos in our back yard or lobby area. Ethos does not provide any food or drinks. There are also a few nearby parks/outdoor spaces that groups may plan to visit after their field trip program.
Busses/parking: Ethos is not responsible for scheduling or arranging for bussing or transportation. Instructions and suggestions for parking will be provided in your confirmation email.
